Por característica, Cuca é um personagem sempre inquieto, buscando mudanças e aperfeiçoamento, em qualquer setor, mesmo que não seja uma posição problemática no time. É o que está acontecendo em relação às mexidas na zaga do São Paulo, talvez a posição mais regular do elenco nesta temporada. Peças e posicionamentos já foram trocados, e essas alterações não devem parar por aí, muito devido à qualidade dos quatro zagueiros.

Desde que começou 2019, não havia dúvidas de que Bruno Alves era um dos pilares da equipe, até mesmo nos momentos ruins da temporada o zagueiro manteve esse status e só cresceu a partir daí. Nos últimos dois jogos, porém, ele foi preterido por opção de Cuca. Aquele que era o melhor defensor do elenco, passou a ser banco de Arboleda e Anderson Martins.

No aspecto defensivo as mudanças são praticamente imperceptíveis, algo que o próprio comandante sabe e exalta em seus homens da zaga, inclusive o jovem Walce, que chegou a jogar bem quando foi acionado. Contudo a ideia do treinador é aperfeiçoar a saída de bola, motivação que o fez mandar Arboleda para o lado esquerdo e trazer Bruno Alves para o lado direito. Segundo Cuca, tudo isso é estudado com números e de acordo com o adversário.

-Eu não tenho uma dupla de zaga titular, eu tenho zagueiros titulares. O Walce era titular, hoje não está mais jogando, o Bruno saiu, o Anderson entrou, melhorou um pouco em algumas coisas que a gente tem que melhorar, que é na saída de bola. Ele é um jogador seguro, tanto quanto o Arboleda, tanto quanto o Bruno, e o Walce – explicou Cuca em entrevista coletiva após o empate com o Tricolor gaúcho no último sábado.

– É uma questão de números, eu avalio o scout do jogo no dia seguinte, com essa dupla, com aquela dupla, eu mostro para eles, e coloco aquela que para aquele jogo é a melhor. Não significa que é uma dupla de zaga titular ou não. Eu confio em todos eles, contra o Vasco e contra o Grêmio foi essa dupla (Arboleda e Anderson Martins) que jogou – completou o técnico.

É provável que Cuca esteja fazendo referência aos números de passes certos de seus zagueiros. Nos últimos dois jogos Arboleda e Anderson Martins, juntos, acertaram mais de cem passes. Estatística que pode ser interpretada como excesso de trocas para o lado, mas também como uma alternativa para buscar o jogo a partir do campo de defesa. E a dupla titular, no momento, vem mostrando um melhor desempenho nesse aspecto, de acordo com o scout.

Lapidar esse grupo que tem em mãos parece ser uma busca incansável do treinador tricolor e essa mudança na zaga tem a ver com isso.

أعلن عمرو صلاح أمين صندوق الاتحاد المصري لكرة اليد، إتمام التعاقد مع شركة ملابس عالمية، لرعاية المنتخب الوطني في كأس الأمم الإفريقية للرجال، التي تستضيفها مصر خلال الفترة من 19 إلى 29 يناير المقبل.

وتواجد عمرو صلاح في مقر الشركة في ألمانيا أمس الجمعة، والتقى أرني فروندت المدير التنفيذي للشركة، وأتم معه التعاقد لرعاية منتخب مصر لليد في بطولة أمم إفريقيا.

وأكد عمرو صلاح أن التعاقد مع شركة الملابس العالمية لرعاية المنتخب في بطولة إفريقيا يعد نجاحا كبيرا، حيث سيحصل الاتحاد المصري لكرة اليد بموجب هذا التعاقد على امتيازات كبيرة، إضافة إلى ملابس المنتخب في البطولة.

وقال صلاح: “اتفقنا على أن يكون زي المنتخب من أحدث إصدار 2024، على أن يتسلم الاتحاد زي المنتخب الوطني قبل انطلاق كأس الأمم الإفريقية في يناير المقبل”.

وتستضيف مصر كأس الأمم الإفريقية للرجال خلال الفترة من 19 إلى 29 يناير المقبل، في مجمع الصالات باستاد القاهرة الدولي.

يسعى منتخب مصر للتتويج بكأس الأمم الإفريقية للمرة الثالثة على التوالي، بعدما توج باللقب في آخر نسختين في 2020 و2022، ويتأهل بطل إفريقيا 2024 مباشرة إلى دورة الألعاب الأولمبية باريس 2024.

علق مارسيلو جاياردو، المدير الفني لفريق الاتحاد، على خسارة فريقه بثلاثية في مباراة اليوم أمام ضمك، وذلك بالمواجهة التي جمعت بينهما ضمن منافسات بطولة دوري روشن السعودي.

ولعب الاتحاد ضد ضمك على أرضية ملعب مدينة الأمير سلطان بن عبدالعزيز الرياضية، في إطار الجولة السادسة عشر من دوري روشن.

وقال جاياردو في تصريحات خلال المؤتمر الصحفي عقب المباراة: “مواجهة ضمك هي الخامسة التي نلعبها في 14 يومًا، وكانت مباراة حساسة جدًا، والمجهود عالي بسبب ضغط المباريات”.

He’s only 23 and was given the West Indies ODI captaincy suddenly at the start of the year, with little time to shape a squad without Dwayne Bravo, Kieron Pollard and Sunil Narine to his style of leadership. He then lost Darren Bravo to injury and had to cope with the uncertainty surrounding Chris Gayle’s fitness. And then there was the issue of performance, with West Indies losing heavily to Ireland, South Africa and India in the group stage, before another comprehensive defeat to New Zealand in the quarter-final ended his campaign.”Me personally, I’ve taken a lot you know, been through a lot, there’s been a lot of criticism, left right and centre, all over the place,” Holder said, when asked what he will take away from the World Cup. “I’m proud of the way I stood up. I’m not one to shy away from responsibility or dip my head when things get tough. I expected a tough job when I accepted the captaincy.”No doubt it’s been a tough time but we’ve had some very good times and I’ve learned a lot in how to manage our players, just trying to get the best out of our players, you know. Having said that we put him down early and we had a few half-chances that we probably could have taken. I think we just need to respond well when bowling at the death. We didn’t land our yorkers and we paid for it today.”We were inconsistent when we bowled. With our lengths upfront, thought we were a bit too full, and at the back end we didn’t land our yorkers. That’s just it. I don’t think we need to over-analyse things at this point of time.”If we were too short the ball just sat up … but in terms of the right length on the pitch, it had to be that in-between length and also vary your pace because it was a good pitch, in my opinion.”When asked about the larger picture – Holder began his captaincy tenure with a 4-1 defeat in South Africa – he put West Indies’ troubles down to inconsistency. “We’ve had some good games, we’ve had some bad games, but we’ve never been consistent. Going forward we need to be a lot more consistent that we are at the moment.”The road ahead for West Indies doesn’t contain one-day internationals until the end of the year, when they play Sri Lanka, so Holder will have time to take a break from the captaincy – Denesh Ramdin is in charge of the side for Tests – as West Indies regroup under a new coach Phil Simmons.He said the team had been on the road for a long time and could do with some much-needed rest and recuperation before the home Tests against England.”The guys have put their bodies on the line for the last four months. We’ve been away from our families for four months,” he said. “I think the first thing to do is just refresh a bit at home. We just have a few days at home before the training camp for the England series. I think that break will be well deserved. It will do well for a lot of the guys. Just need to refresh, come back strong against England. We don’t have ODI cricket until the end of the year against Sri Lanka so we have time to make some changes, or try to fix problems that we have.”It is unlikely that Holder will face as difficult a challenge in the near future as the one he has just endured. He hasn’t always been in control on the field, but he comes across as a calm and measured individual – a bowler with obvious batting talent – and West Indies will hope that he is stronger for the experience.

حقق فريق آرسنال فوزًا قاتلًا ضد لوتون تاون، في مباراتهما مساء يوم الثلاثاء، في إطار لقاءات الدوري الإنجليزي الممتاز 2023/24.

كان آرسنال قد تقدم بفضل هدف اللاعب جابرييل مارتينيلي، بعدما سدد الكرة من داخل منطقة الجزاء، هزت شباك أصحاب الأرض، في الدقيقة 20.

واحتسب حكم المباراة 6 دقائق كوقت بدلَا من الضائع للشوط الثاني، حيث تمكن ديكلان رايس من تسجيل هدف فوز قاتل في الدقيقة 97، مانحًا الضيوف النقاط كاملة.

بتلك النتيجة، ارتفع رصيد آرسنال إلى 36 نقطة في المركز الأول، بينما تجمد رصيد لوتون تاون عند 9 نقاط في المركز السابع عشر.

Ao comentar sobre a partida diante do Cruzeiro, Jorge Jesus lembrou a dificuldade pela vitória.
