كشف المدير الفني لفريق تشيلسي فرانك لامبارد طبيعة إصابة اللاعب حكيم زياش والتي تعرض لها في مباراة الأمس أمام ليدز يونايتد في بطولة الدوري الإنجليزي الممتاز.

وفاز تشيلسي بثلاثة أهداف مقابل هدف في الجولة الحادية عشر على ملعب ستامفورد بريدج.

وقال لامبارد في تصريحات نشرتها شبكة “بي بي سي” العالمية: “زياش يعاني من إصابة في عضلات الفخذ الخلفية”.

Bundesliga outfit Bayer Leverkusen have joined the race to sign Fulham striker Aleksandar Mitrovic in the summer transfer window according to Sport Bild, via Buli News.

Alongside West Ham United and now the German side, Crystal Palace are interested in the prolific centre-forward who the Cottagers are valuing at £30m, per The Mirror’s live transfer blog at 9:14pm on June 12.

However, the Germany-based newspaper Sport Bild believe that Mitrovic would be costing buying clubs just €20m this summer, or a mere £17.8m.

The 48-cap Serbian international has just enjoyed an impressive season despite the Craven Cottage club’s relegation from the Premier League, notching 11 goals in all competitions after a permanent move from Newcastle United.

Extra competition for the Eagles to beat to Mitrovic’s signature is a blessing in disguise, increasing Roy Hodgson’s chances of missing out on his 6 ft 2 target.

You simply can’t judge the Serbian on one campaign in the English top flight as impressive as it was in a doomed Cottagers team.

The thing that some people forget is that the ex-Partizan Belgrade man had played in the Premier League before he moved to west London, initially on loan, midway through 2017/2018.

At St James’ Park, the forward struggled to make an impact on the most competitive league in the world by scoring just once in six forgettable performances having made the step up from the Championship with the Magpies in 2017.

What Palace have been lacking for a long time and what they really need in the next few months is a proven Premier League goalscorer, something that Mitrovic just isn’t yet.

Give it a couple more terms of consistently finding the back of the net in the top flight and yeah, the intimidating attacker would be perfect for Hodgson’s men.

However, the fact remains that he’s just too young and unproven to take on the responsibilities that would be required of him at Selhurst Park. And he is too much of a risk for an amount that could easily make up most of the club’s budget this window.

It’s finally official – Juan Mata has signed a new contract with Manchester United that will see him prolong his stay at Old Trafford until June 2021.

Mata has been a part of the red side of Manchester since January 2014 when he joined from Chelsea. The Spanish midfielder has managed 45 goals and 37 assists in 218 appearances for the Red Devils. It’s safe to say that his teammates were thrilled with this news.

Last season, Mata was also a big part of his coach’s plans. He managed fewer appearances with 22 but compensated with a good return of three goals and four assists.

This contract is a big sign of faith and goodwill from the club since by the time June 2021 arrives, Mata will already be 34 years old. But you know what they say – form is temporary, class is permanent.

وأكمل: “عامل الشرف والأمانة هذا لا يليق برئيس نادي أن يربط الإفصاح عن الأسماء إلا في حالة عدم انتهاء الصفقة، ولو انتهت الصفقة لصالحهم لن يعلن عن الأسماء، هذا غير منطقي، ولا يخرج من رئيس نادي كبير في فرنسا”.

وأردف: “هل الزمالك يتعرض لعلميات نصب أو تلاعب أو كباري؟”.

وأتم: “اتمنى من مصطفى محمد يغلق ملف الأحتراف ويركز مع الفريق في الوقت الحالي، وسيأتي لك الأحتراف في الفترة المقبلة”.

After finishing short of the Champions League places, Manchester United’s transfer policy in recent seasons of signing big-name superstars on massive contracts has come under major scrutiny.

After hearing the report that United would have to fend off some serious competition for the Frenchman’s signature, many fans of the Red Devils took to Twitter to voice their opinion on the rumour.

Many supporters felt encouraged by the side’s continued plan to target youngsters who have the scope and potential to grow at Old Trafford over the years to come.

Others however were slightly more sceptical and revealed their frustrations that the club weren’t adopting a ‘win-now’ mentality and targeting established first-team stars.

Indeed, whilst some acknowledged Cherki’s considerable talent, they felt United were getting their priorities wrong this summer and questioned whether they were planning to win the league in 2040.

Tottenham Hotspur supporters are growing anxious about the potential signing of Tanguy Ndombele, hoping that the club can get any deal for the player over the line as soon as possible.

The Guardian reported on Sunday that Spurs remain confident of signing the Lyon midfielder, despite Juventus trying to move in on the player and bring him to Serie A.

The paper say that the 22-year-old’s preferred move is to Mauricio Pochettino’s side.

Ndombele is a four-cap international with France and operates as a defensively robust midfield enforcer with the Ligue 1 side.

أكد أحمد الشناوي، الخبير التحكيمي بقنوات “أون تايم سورت” على أن سموحة كان يستحق هدفًا صحيحًا لم يحتسب خلال مواجهة بيراميدز اليوم.

وانتهت المباراة التي جمعت بين سموحة وبيراميدز بالتعادل الإيجابي بهدف لكل فريق، في اللقاء الذي جمعهما ضمن منافسات الأسبوع التاسع من بطولة الدوري المصري الممتاز.
